AI/ML Senior Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Developer / Lead AI Developer with strong experience in full-stack Python development, Generative AI, RAG architecture, document processing pipelines, and machine learning. The candidate will lead AI application development, coordinate with cross-functional teams, work with business stakeholders, and deliver production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of full-stack Python AI applications covering frontend, backend, and APIs.
• Design and implement production-grade GenAI applications using RAG architecture.
• Build document ingestion and document-processing pipelines using vector databases such as MongoDB Atlas.
• Develop AI/ML models for data analytics, prediction, anomaly detection, and forecasting.
• Deploy and maintain AI applications on Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Integrate Agentic AI and MCP technologies into AI solutions.
• Work with AI models and platforms including OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic.
• Lead development activities, coordinate with internal/external teams, and manage delivery across the SDLC.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders and provide project updates and documentation.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring production-quality delivery.
• Utilize MS Copilot Studio where applicable.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and frameworks.
• Extensive full-stack Python development experience.
• Proven experience developing and deploying GenAI/RAG applications in production.
• Hands-on experience with document ingestion, document processing, and vector databases; MongoDB Atlas preferred.
• Experience with AI/ML models for prediction, forecasting, analytics, and anomaly detection.
• Cloud deployment experience with Azure and/or GCP.
• Experience with Agentic AI and MCP.
• Experience with OpenAI, Google AI, Anthropic, or similar AI models.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and project delivery skills.
• Experience working independently across the full software development lifecycle.
• MS Copilot Studio experience is preferred.
