Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP CAP Developer to support application development and delivery initiatives within the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) environment. The ideal candidate should be highly hands-on, able to ramp up quickly, work independently, and contribute across development and implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop applications using SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP).
• Work with CDS, Node.js or Java, and OData services within SAP BTP.
• Design and develop SAPUI5 and SAP Fiori applications.
• Integrate SAPUI5/Fiori front-end applications with CAP-based backend services.
• Support SAP BTP solution delivery, including:
  • Business Application Studio
  • Destinations
  • Service Instances
  • Security and XSUAA configuration
  • Application deployment
  • Troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Independently manage development and delivery-related responsibilities.
• Collaborate with project teams to support application development and implementation objectives.
• Work with SAP Build Work Zone and GitHub.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP CAP development.
• Strong knowledge of CDS, Node.js or Java, and OData services.
• Proven experience with SAP BTP development and delivery.
• Strong SAPUI5 and SAP Fiori development experience.
• Experience integrating front-end applications with CAP-based backend services.
• Practical experience with Business Application Studio, Destinations, Service Instances, Security, and XSUAA.
• Experience with application deployment and troubleshooting in SAP BTP.
• Experience working with SAP Build Work Zone and GitHub.
• Ability to work independently and contribute quickly in a hands-on development environment.
