Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO SD S/4HANA Operations professional to support SAP S/4HANA environments, business applications, integrations, and ongoing operational activities. The role will work closely with SAP teams, external partners, and business stakeholders to support transformation initiatives and improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain SAP S/4HANA environments, particularly post-migration and transformation environments.
• Provide Application Management Services (AMS), including production support, maintenance, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal SAP teams and external partners on transformation initiatives.
• Support and troubleshoot integrations between SAP and third-party applications.
• Manage SAP integrations, middleware, and trading partner connections, with preference for Boomi experience.
• Work with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Assist in documenting business processes, development standards, workflows, and operational procedures.
• Contribute to evaluating and defining the future SAP application and integration landscape.
• Provide functional and technical guidance related to SAP Fiori applications and user experience.
• Troubleshoot SAP functional and integration-related issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
• Support business processes involving Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and SAP SD.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience supporting SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Experience working in post-migration or transformation environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP business processes, particularly AR/AP operations.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP SD.
• Experience with SAP integrations and middleware platforms; Boomi experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with trading partner integrations and connected business systems.
• Working knowledge of SAP Fiori interface and navigation.
• Strong business process analysis and documentation skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication skills with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a 4-days-onsite environment.
