Description:
We are seeking an experienced Pega CLSA Consultant with Smart Investigation expertise to join our consulting team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have 11+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Pega PRPC v7/v8 frameworks, solution architecture, business process consulting, and enterprise application development.

As a Principal Pega Consultant, you will help discover and define business problems, evaluate solution options, provide technical recommendations, and lead end-to-end Pega solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions and user stories.
• Design, architect, and develop enterprise applications using Pega PRPC.
• Create detailed solution design, architecture, and process artifacts.
• Ensure business and technical architecture align with customer requirements.
• Lead Pega solution delivery and implementation activities.
• Collaborate with Program Managers on project scope, sizing, and risk management.
• Evaluate solution options and provide technical recommendations.
• Support deployment planning and implementation.
• Provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to delivery teams.
• Collaborate effectively across global onsite/offshore delivery teams.
• Support customer success initiatives and evolving business requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Pega CLSA Certification – Part 1 & Part 2.
• 11+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC v7/v8.
• Experience with Smart Investigation.
• Strong business process consulting and solution architecture experience.
• Experience with Java/J2EE, .NET, or other object-oriented technologies.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application development and architecture.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel or relocate as required.
