Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Concur Travel & Expense Lead Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, integration, and support of SAP Concur Travel and Expense solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams to optimize travel and expense management processes and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP Concur Travel and Expense implementations, enhancements, and support activities.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Concur solutions.

• Configure and manage Concur Expense, Concur Travel, and related modules.

• Design and maintain integrations between SAP Concur and SAP ERP or S/4HANA systems.

• Configure expense policies, approval workflows, reimbursement processes, and travel rules.

• Support integration with corporate cards, travel booking systems, and financial applications.

• Coordinate with finance, accounting, HR, and procurement teams to streamline expense processes.

• Lead testing activities, including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.

• Troubleshoot functional and integration issues and provide production support.

• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials.

• Conduct user training and support change-management activities.

• Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.

• Mentor junior consultants and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Concur Travel and Expense.

• Expertise in Concur Expense configuration, travel management, and approval workflows.

• Experience with SAP Concur integrations, APIs, and financial systems.

• Knowledge of SAP FI/CO and expense accounting processes.

• Experience in implementation, configuration, testing, and production support.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating SAP Concur with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.

• Knowledge of corporate card reconciliation and expense auditing.

• Familiarity with travel and expense compliance requirements.

• SAP Concur certifications are an advantage.
