We are seeking an experienced ERP Product Owner with strong knowledge of SAP and/or Workday to lead the delivery and enhancement of enterprise ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and implementation partners to define requirements, prioritize product backlogs, and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the ERP product roadmap, backlog, and priorities.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from key stakeholders.

• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.

• Work closely with SAP, Workday, development, integration, and support teams.

• Prioritize enhancements, integrations, and production issues based on business needs.

• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.

• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery.

• Support ERP integrations, business process improvements, testing, and user acceptance activities.

• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for process and system improvements.

• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and priorities to business and technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ERP, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles.

• Strong experience working with SAP and/or Workday environments.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or Workday HCM is preferred.

• Strong understanding of ERP business processes and system integrations.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong skills in requirements gathering, user stories, backlog management, and stakeholder communication.

• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile platforms.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
