Description:

We are looking for an experienced Java Treasury Developer to design, develop, and maintain applications supporting treasury and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java development along with a good understanding of treasury and banking processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and microservices.
• Work on treasury-related applications and financial systems.
• Support trade processing, cash management, payments, and treasury workflows.
• Develop efficient SQL queries and work with relational databases.
• Integrate applications with internal and external financial systems.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, architects, and other development teams.
• Follow Agile development practices and participate in Scrum ceremonies.
• Support CI/CD and application deployment activities.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java.
• Experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Good knowledge of REST APIs and SQL.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or treasury applications.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with treasury management systems.
• Knowledge of financial instruments, payments, cash management, or trade processing.
• Experience with Kafka or other messaging technologies.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with CI/CD tools.
