We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile development teams and ensure effective implementation of Scrum practices.
Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.

Manage and maintain the Product Backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner.

Identify and remove team impediments and blockers.

Support the team in following Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Promote continuous improvement and effective team collaboration.

Track sprint progress and help ensure timely delivery of commitments.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.

Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams.

Help the team improve productivity, transparency, and delivery quality.
Required Skills
-
Strong experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.

Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.

Good understanding of Sprint Planning, Backlog Management, and Agile ceremonies.

Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
-
Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
-
SAFe experience is preferred.
