Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 7+ years of SAP experience and strong hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The candidate will be responsible for configuration, implementation, integration, data migration, production support, and troubleshooting across SuccessFactors modules.
Required Skills & Responsibilities:
7+ years of overall SAP experience.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Hands-on experience with Recruiting and Onboarding.
Experience with Performance & Goals and Compensation modules.
Strong understanding of SAP HCM integration.
Experience with SuccessFactors configuration and implementation.
Strong knowledge of Integration Center, APIs, and web services.
Experience with data migration and data integration activities.
Provide production support and troubleshoot SuccessFactors issues.
Work with business and technical teams to analyze requirements and implement solutions.
Participate in testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-production support.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
