Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Concur Consultant with strong hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Concur solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice modules, along with experience in configuration, workflows, integrations, reporting, testing, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice modules.

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP Concur solutions.

• Configure workflows, approval processes, policies, expense types, audit rules, and other system settings.

• Work on SAP Concur integrations with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and other third-party applications.

• Support integration activities, including data interfaces, file transfers, and troubleshooting integration issues.

• Develop and maintain reports and support reporting requirements.

• Perform functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Investigate and resolve production issues and provide ongoing application support.

• Work closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders throughout the implementation and support lifecycle.

• Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, test cases, and support documentation.

• Participate in SAP Concur implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and production support activities.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Concur.

• Experience with Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice modules.

• Strong knowledge of SAP Concur configuration and administration.

• Experience configuring workflows, approval processes, policies, and audit rules.

• Experience with SAP Concur reporting and data analysis.

• Experience in functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.

• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating SAP Concur with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA.

• Knowledge of SAP Concur integration technologies and interfaces.

• Experience with third-party system integrations.

• Experience with SAP Concur implementation and enhancement projects.

• Knowledge of finance, expense management, travel management, and invoice processing business processes.

Experience

6+ Years of overall IT experience, with significant hands-on experience in SAP Concur implementation, configuration, integration, and support.
