- 12+ years of total IT experience required.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash).
- Experience with SAP Public Cloud and preferably SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end OTC business processes.
- Experience in Sales, Order Management, Delivery, Shipping, Billing, and Invoicing.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD processes and integration with other SAP modules.
- Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, configuration, testing, and issue resolution.
- Ability to work with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
