Product Owner – SAP APO / Demand Planning

Location: Remote – USA
Contract: 6–12 months, with possibility of extension

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner – SAP APO / Demand Planning to manage product requirements, priorities, and delivery within an SAP environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SAP APO, Demand Planning, Supply Chain processes, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience working as a Product Owner in SAP environments
• Hands-on experience with SAP APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization)
• Strong knowledge of Demand Planning and Supply Chain processes
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
• Experience creating and prioritizing user stories and product backlogs
• Strong experience working with business stakeholders, development teams, and QA teams
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to manage requirements, priorities, dependencies, and product delivery
• Experience participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage product requirements and priorities
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business needs
• Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog
• Develop clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure successful delivery
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities
• Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
• Ensure delivered solutions align with business and supply chain objectives

Work Authorization

Candidates must be currently residing in the United States.

This is a 6–12 month contract opportunity with good potential for extension.
