Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React and modern backend technologies.
• Build and support scalable APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Develop backend services using C#, .NET, Node.js, or Go.
• Design and optimize data solutions using MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Build event-driven architectures utilizing Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and system design initiatives.
• Develop solutions for complex business workflows, payroll systems, and financial transaction processing.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across distributed systems.
• Deploy and maintain applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, including architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Evaluate and leverage AI technologies, tools, and development practices to improve engineering productivity and platform capabilities.
• Continuously improve system performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
