Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Support Consultant to provide functional support for SAP Finance and Controlling applications.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day production and application support for SAP FICO.

• Analyze and resolve SAP FI/CO incidents, service requests and defects.

• Support business processes related to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Asset Accounting.

• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

• Troubleshoot configuration and transaction-related issues.

• Work with business users to understand requirements and provide functional solutions.

• Coordinate with technical teams for issue investigation and resolution.

• Support SAP FI integration with MM and SD modules.

• Perform testing for fixes, enhancements and system changes.

• Prepare functional documentation and support knowledge-transfer activities.

• Participate in problem management, root-cause analysis and change management activities.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of SAP FICO experience.

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI and CO.

• Strong SAP FICO production/support experience.

• Good knowledge of AP, AR and GL.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.

• Understanding of SAP MM/SD integration.

• Experience in incident and problem resolution.

• Good analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.

• Ability to work directly with business users and support teams.
