Position Overview

RED Global is seeking an experienced Microsoft AI & DataAutomation Consultant to help define and implement the future state of an enterpriseanalytics environment.

The primary objective of this role is to reduce manual dataand reporting processes through AI and automation. The consultant will evaluateexisting data and analytics workflows, identify processes that can beautomated, and design and implement AI-enabled solutions leveraging theMicrosoft technology ecosystem.

The client is primarily a Microsoft environment, makingexperience with technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, Azure AI, PowerBI, and the broader Microsoft data and AI ecosystem highly desirable.

This role requires someone who understands both enterprisedata and emerging AI capabilities. The ideal candidate can bridge the gapbetween today's manually intensive analytics processes and a future environmentwhere AI and automation significantly reduce the need for manual datapreparation, reporting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess existing data, reporting, and analytics processes to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
• Design and implement solutions that reduce manual data preparation, reporting, and analysis.
• Help define the organization's future-state AI and analytics architecture.
• Develop an AI-enabled analytics and automation roadmap.
• Leverage Microsoft AI technologies to automate repetitive data and reporting activities.
• Evaluate and implement Microsoft Copilot capabilities within the analytics environment.
• Utilize Microsoft Fabric and related Microsoft technologies to support intelligent data and analytics solutions.
• Develop proofs-of-concept and production-ready AI/automation solutions.
• Identify opportunities for natural-language analytics, automated insights, AI-generated reporting, and intelligent data processing.
• Work closely with data developers and business stakeholders to understand existing processes and determine where AI can provide measurable business value.
• Ensure AI solutions integrate effectively with the organization's existing data architecture and Power BI environment.
• Provide recommendations around AI governance, security, scalability, and responsible adoption.
• Serve as a technical advisor to stakeholders as the organization expands its use of AI.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience within data, analytics, AI, automation, or data architecture.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data and analytics environments.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI or automation capabilities against enterprise data.
• Experience with the Microsoft data and AI ecosystem.
• Ability to identify manual processes and translate them into scalable automated solutions.
• Understanding of Power BI and enterprise Business Intelligence environments.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities with existing data platforms and business applications.
• Ability to develop proof-of-concepts and translate successful concepts into production solutions.
• Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
