Key Requirements:

2–5+ years in Release Management / Control Room / Production Support

Strong experience with MS Project (required), JIRA, Confluence, Excel

Experience with deployment planning, release coordination, and production monitoring

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and testing (manual/automation)

Exposure to SAP/ERP, AutoSys, ServiceNow, Oracle is a plus

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Must be local to Charlotte, NC

Flexible to support after-hours and weekend production releases
