Required Skills & Experience Project Management
• 8+ years of experience in program/project management for large enterprise initiatives
• Proven experience managing multi-vendor, cross-functional programs Technical Understanding
• Strong conceptual understanding of: o CPQ platforms and quoting processes o System integrations (ERP, CRM, APIs) o Data migration and data platforms
• Ability to engage effectively with technical architects and developers without owning implementation Leadership & Communication
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience driving governance forums and decision-making Tools & Methods
• Experience with Agile / Hybrid delivery models
• Familiarity with project tools (MS Project, Azure Devops, HPQC, RAID logs, etc.)
