Job Description:
FTOS Engineer to support enterprise file transfer operations and infrastructure. The role involves monitoring production file transfers, troubleshooting failures, analyzing routing issues, supporting production environments, automating operational tasks with Python, and handling incident management. Candidates should have hands-on experience with IBM Connect:Direct (NDM) or Axway SecureTransport, secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, SSH), and tools like ServiceNow and JIRA. Experience with AS2 is a plus.
