Job Title: JIRA Expert
Job Location: Chandler, AZ (3 Days onsite per week hybrid role)
Job Type: 12+ Months contract

Position Summary:

JIRA expert. As the global technology infrastructure organizations adopt a product centric operating model, it is important that we manage work correctly through JIRA. As ARC, along with other projects owned by the team, are critical cross-organizational programs, this role will ensure proper management of multiple programs through JIRA, as well as assist in transitioning to JIRA including developing process, documentation and training for the team.

Primary Skill: Agile tools (Jira)

Required Qualifications:

• High level of JIRA expertise (5+ years) working within complex environments. This includes Issue Collectors, reporting, JQL.
• Expertise with Confluence site design, coding and maintenance
• Experience of AGILE project management principles
• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
• Detail orientated and highly organized
• Strong Microsoft skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive and Teams
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral

• Process design, simplification and efficiency
• Experience working within a highly regulated environment, e.g., banking
