Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HCM Technical Lead/Architect to lead the technical track of a Cloud SaaS HCM implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HCM cloud technologies, integrations, reporting, data migration, and technical architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical workstream for a Cloud SaaS HCM implementation.
• Design and oversee technical architecture, integrations, and data migration.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and project teams.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure successful delivery of project milestones.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 full-cycle Cloud SaaS HCM implementations as a Technical Lead.
• Strong experience with HCM Cloud technical architecture and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, data conversion, reporting, and technical configurations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced implementation environment.

Work Arrangement:

• Mostly Remote.
• Occasional onsite travel may be required for project workshops, testing, or key implementation activities.

Preferred:

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, or other leading HCM SaaS platforms.
• Prior experience leading enterprise-scale HCM implementations.
