Job Title : IT Program Manager III

Job Location: Charlotte NC (Fully Onsite)

Job Type: 10+ Months contract

Pay Range: $55-$60/h; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Must-Have Skills / Key Requirements

  • Strong Technical Project Management experience.
  • Former Software Developer or strong technical background (preferably Security).
  • Experience working with Security teams to troubleshoot issues and drive solutions.
  • Vendor Management experience is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to present project updates clearly to project leadership and executives.
  • Experience coordinating with multiple Project Managers (PMs), Technical Project Managers (TPMs), and Scrum Masters (SMs).
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Background in Waterfall or Hybrid Project Management.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Highly proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented.
  • Strong issue/risk management skills with the ability to investigate and resolve problems.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Understands banking governance and can follow ECM (Enterprise Change Management) processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira (strongly preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project (MS Project).
  • PMP, CSM, PSM, or SAFe certification preferred.
  • Professional, confident, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced banking environment.

Key Skills:
