Data Analyst with strong expertise in SOX compliance, Python programming, and AWS cloud technologies. This role will focus on ensuring data integrity, compliance with regulatory frameworks, and building scalable solutions to support enterprise-wide reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical proficiency, compliance knowledge, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• SOX Compliance: Ensure adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements by implementing and monitoring controls across data pipelines and reporting systems.

• Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to support compliance audits, risk assessments, and operational efficiency.

• Python Development: Write efficient Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and validation to automate compliance reporting.

• AWS Cloud: Design and maintain data workflows using AWS services such as S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, and CloudWatch.

• ETL & Reporting: Build and optimize ETL pipelines to ensure accurate and timely delivery of compliance-related reports.

• Audit Support: Partner with internal audit and risk teams to provide evidence, documentation, and data validation for SOX audits.

• Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Finance, and Compliance teams to align data processes with regulatory and business requirements.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps in existing controls and recommend enhancements to strengthen compliance and data governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of SOX compliance and regulatory frameworks.

• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, automation, and reporting.

• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, CloudWatch).

• Solid understanding of SQL for backend validation and reporting.

• Experience with ETL tools and data pipeline management.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work across teams.
