Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced *Program/Project Manager (12+ years)* to lead large, complex IT initiatives across full SDLC (Agile & Waterfall). The role involves managing stakeholders, vendors, cross-functional teams, project planning, sprint execution, risk management, and executive communication. Candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customer delivery across infrastructure, applications, QA, and support teams.
