Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Project Manager to support a large-scale Oracle ERP/HCM implementation. This is a remote contract opportunity where the selected candidate will lead Oracle EPM activities while also supporting the overall ERP/HCM program.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Oracle EPM project deliverables and timelines.
- Lead and coordinate both onshore and offshore Oracle team members.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, status updates, and project reporting.
- Dedicate approximately 10 hours per week to Oracle EPM project management.
- Support the broader ERP/HCM implementation (approximately 30 hours per week) by:
- Managing testing cycles (planning, execution, and tracking).
- Coordinating cross-functional project activities.
- Handling delegated project management tasks to ensure successful implementation.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
Required Skills
- Strong experience managing Oracle EPM projects.
- Experience with Oracle ERP and HCM implementations.
- Proven ability to manage distributed onshore/offshore teams.
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing testing/UAT cycles in enterprise implementations.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and project coordination skills.
Project Overview
The client is implementing Oracle ERP, HCM, and CX modules as part of a 1.5-year enterprise transformation program. The Oracle EPM Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring successful delivery of EPM initiatives while supporting the overall implementation program.
Key Skills:
- The other 30 hours a week will be dedicated to supporting the overall ERP/HCM implementation by managing the projects testing cycles, as well as doing various delegated tasks to support the team.Switch is implementing ERP/HCM and CX modules over the next 1.5 years
