Note - Candidate will be working 3 days onsite.
There will be 2 round interviews, first one virtual, second in person.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Optimize the flow of value from generation of ideas to release
- Coach your team(s) to create high-value items, while eliminating or reducing rework, waste in the process, etc
- Promote transparency on barriers to change, progress, and remove or seek assistance in addressing impediments and opportunities
- Enable your team(s) to practice Professional Scrum and other frameworks/techniques that drive agility
- Cultivate a habit of continuous learning (from prior increments, retrospectives, etc.), continuous experimentation, and continuous improvement to reach a high-performing state
- Coach your team(s) to understand (the why) and practice new ways of working
- Serve as internal trainers contributing to the learning and development of one or more team(s)
- Coach Product Owners/Managers with techniques for establishing empirical product planning and maintaining a healthy Product Backlog
- Maintain, share, and promote information radiators that enable inspection and adaptation
- Coach teams to self-organize and facilitate events, as necessary

- Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in an agile environment
- Experience coaching agile methodologies to team and stakeholders
- Skills and knowledge of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency
- Proven ability to promote a team environment and collaborate cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
- Experience with driving adoption of Agile methodologies, processes and tools in a cross-functional organization
- Superior analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience with continuous integration/delivery
- Participation in scaled agile frameworks
- Experience managing vendor-led system upgrades, customization, and change management
- Experience defining vendor statements of work based on refined requirements and available budget
- Demonstrated success coordinating development teams to deliver system integrations and drive issue resolution
- Familiarity with equipment ordering, tracking, and delivery logistics
- Background in operational readiness activities
- Ability to provide clear status updates and align product, business, and technical teams
Skills, Licenses, and Certifications
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SSM, or other scrum certification)
- Proficient in providing technology support in UX, business, and vendor requirements sessions
- Proficient in third-party deliverable tracking and vendor accountability management
- Proficient in Product Owner partnership, backlog alignment, and issue resolution focus
- Proficient in operational coordination, including asset tracking and documentation management
- Proficient in stakeholder communication and concise status reporting

- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the organization
