Job Summary

We are seeking a PIF Support Consultant to provide production support for Primavera Integration Framework (PIF) interfaces across multiple client environments. The ideal candidate will have experience monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining PIF integrations to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for PIF production interfaces.
• Monitor interface performance and resolve integration issues.
• Troubleshoot data transfer, mapping, and connectivity problems.
• Coordinate with client teams to investigate and resolve incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support interface enhancements, deployments, and maintenance activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and support records.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Primavera Integration Framework (PIF).
• Strong understanding of system integrations, data mapping, and interface support.
• Experience troubleshooting production issues and managing incident resolution.
• Knowledge of Oracle Unifier, Primavera P6, and related integrations is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• One full-time U.S.-based resource.
• Available to start on July 1st.
• Ability to support multiple client environments and work independently.

Contract Duration: 7 months with a strong possibility of extension.
