Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Project Manager with a strong Automotive industry background to lead Supply Chain Management projects and drive successful Oracle SCM implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing cross-functional teams, stakeholder communication, and end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle SCM implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
• Gather business requirements and ensure alignment with supply chain processes.
• Oversee project planning, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Provide regular project status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure project milestones and objectives are achieved on schedule.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Management experience.
• Strong experience with Oracle SCM modules.
• Automotive industry experience is required.
• Proven track record managing large-scale ERP/SCM projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.
• Strong understanding of procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and logistics processes.
