Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits Lead to lead the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Benefits, benefits administration, open enrollment processes, life event management, eligibility rules, and integration with other Oracle HCM modules.

The Benefits Lead will collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, benefits administrators, and technical teams to deliver scalable and compliant benefits solutions that align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to employee benefits programs.
• Design and configure Oracle Cloud Benefits plans, programs, options, rates, and eligibility profiles.
• Configure and manage:
  • Open Enrollment
  • Life Events
  • Benefits Enrollment
  • Eligibility Rules
  • Benefits Rates and Coverage
  • Dependent and Beneficiary Management
• Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Provide strategic guidance on benefits best practices and Oracle Cloud capabilities.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, and Compensation teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Develop and execute functional testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support data conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Work closely with technical teams on inbound and outbound integrations.
• Assist in issue resolution, defect management, and production support activities.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration workbooks, process flows, and training materials.
• Support deployment, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and benefits regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Oracle HCM experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Oracle Benefits Administration
  • Benefits Plans and Programs
  • Eligibility Profiles
  • Rates and Coverage Configuration
  • Open Enrollment
  • Life Events Processing
  • Dependent and Beneficiary Management
• Experience leading full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Strong understanding of HR and benefits business processes.
• Experience with Oracle HCM reporting and analytics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits Certification.
• Experience with public sector, healthcare, higher education, or large enterprise environments.
• Experience integrating Benefits with:

• Knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and Benefits integrations.
• Experience with benefits carriers and third-party vendor integrations.
