Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Primavera P6 Consultant to support enterprise project planning, scheduling, and project controls initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Primavera P6, project lifecycle management, resource planning, and scheduling within complex Oracle environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6.

Create project baselines, track progress, and perform schedule variance analysis.

Monitor project milestones, critical paths, dependencies, and resource allocations.

Collaborate with Project Managers, PMO teams, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.

Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, forecasts, and executive-level status updates.

Conduct risk assessments and provide schedule recovery recommendations.

Support project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management activities.

Ensure adherence to project management standards, governance, and best practices.

Work closely with Oracle ecosystem teams to support project delivery and reporting requirements.

Participate in schedule reviews, audits, and project performance evaluations.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera P6.

Strong experience in project scheduling, project controls, and portfolio management.

Expertise in Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling.

Experience creating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), resource-loaded schedules, and baseline schedules.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and PMO processes.

Experience generating reports, dashboards, and schedule analytics.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier.

Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle EPM environments.

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.

Experience supporting large-scale enterprise IT, infrastructure, engineering, construction, or transformation projects.

Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and project cost controls.
