Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced MES/SCADA Developer with strong expertise in Ignition (8.1/8.3) to design, develop, and implement Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions and workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with end-to-end MES implementation, SCADA integration, industrial automation technologies, and manufacturing environments. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to support production operations and system integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop MES solutions using Ignition 8.1/8.3.
- Implement and support SCADA applications in manufacturing environments.
- Integrate MES/SCADA systems with PLCs and industrial equipment.
- Configure and maintain MQTT, OPC UA, and Kepware communications.
- Develop SQL queries and Python scripts to support automation and reporting.
- Troubleshoot system issues and support production operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Ignition 8.1/8.3.
- Strong MES and SCADA development background.
- Experience with PLC integration and industrial automation.
- Knowledge of MQTT, OPC UA, and Kepware.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
