Role Overview The Application Managed Services team is seeking an Infor LN Application Engineer Lead to support discrete manufacturing systems. The mission is to manage end-to-end cloud suite implementations, ensuring robust integrations and application optimization for foundational business processes across both cloud and on-premise ERP environments.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Infor LN Cloud Suite implementations, upgrades, and system support.

• Develop, customize, and maintain application features on ERP LN 107 environments utilizing LN Studio, DAL/DAL2, Extensions, DLLs, and Baan 4GL.

• Configure and troubleshoot Infor OS, ION workflows, BOD/BDE developments, Webservices, and IDM LN Studio.

• Design and execute integration flows between Infor and third-party systems using multiple ION connectors.

• Conduct advanced system debugging, log analyses, bshell trace investigations via CGP, and execute performance tuning.

• Collaborate with functional stakeholders to map technical configurations against manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing requirements (Sales/Purchase orders, Warehousing Management, Assembly Orders).

Required Technical Skills (5+ Years Minimum)

• Infor Integration: Infor OS, ION, Workflow, BOD/BDE Development, Webservices, and IDM LN Studio.

• ION Connectors: Deep experience in ION integration between Infor and non-Infor products.

• Development Expertise: LN Studio, DAL/DAL2, Extensions, DLL, and Baan 4GL in ERP LN 107 environments.

• Troubleshooting: Advanced performance tuning and debugging (bshell traces, logs, CGP).

Additional Desired Skills

• Knowledge of Infor ION API and Factory Track Applications.

• Functional expertise in Discrete Manufacturing, Sales, Purchase, Warehousing Management, and Assembly Orders workflows.

• Experience in cross-functional technical team leadership and delivery management.
