Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) Consultant with strong expertise in enterprise data governance, master data strategy, and SAP ecosystem integration. The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining and implementing scalable master data frameworks, governance models, and business processes across multiple enterprise domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and establish MDM governance frameworks, ownership structures, and operating models.
• Design and implement master data processes across key domains including:
• Cost Centers
• General Ledger (GL) Accounts
• Products
• Customers
• Vendors
• Legal Entities
• Evaluate, recommend, and support MDM platforms such as SAP MDG, Reltio, or similar enterprise MDM solutions.
• Drive data quality initiatives, stewardship processes, and workflow management.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to establish enterprise-wide master data standards.
• Support integration of master data across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), planning applications, and reporting platforms.
• Develop and maintain governance policies, data standards, and data lifecycle management processes.
• Collaborate with ERP transformation and digital transformation teams to ensure data consistency and integrity across systems.
• Lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions to define future-state MDM processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Enterprise Master Data Management (MDM).
• Hands-on experience with SAP MDG, Reltio, or other leading MDM platforms.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ecosystem integrations.
• Proven experience leading MDM strategy, governance, and data quality initiatives.
• Strong understanding of master data domains including Finance, Product, Customer, Vendor, and Organizational data.
• Experience in workflow design, data stewardship, and governance processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and business process design skills.
• Experience working on ERP transformation, finance transformation, or enterprise data programs.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional business and IT teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Background in Finance, Accounting, or ERP transformation initiatives.
• Finance Degree, MBA in Finance, or related qualification preferred.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise data governance programs.
