Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infor Developer to design, develop, customize, and support Infor ERP applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Infor technologies, ERP customizations, integrations, workflows, and reporting solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient ERP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within the Infor ERP environment.
• Develop and support Infor applications, workflows, forms, reports, and interfaces.
• Create and maintain integrations between Infor ERP and third-party applications.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop APIs, web services, and data exchange processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and performance issues.
• Perform system enhancements, upgrades, and patches.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and support documents.
• Optimize database performance through SQL query tuning and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational development standards and security policies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as an Infor Developer.
• Strong experience with Infor ERP platforms and development tools.
• Experience with Infor ION, Infor OS, workflows, and integrations.
• Strong SQL and database development experience.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, XML, and JSON.
• Knowledge of ERP business processes including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Inventory.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based Infor implementations.
• Knowledge of .NET, C#, JavaScript, or related technologies.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Infor certifications are a plus.
