- Capability around multi-tenant 3PL warehouse models and warehouse billing within EWM-led landscapes.
- Client is building a large-scale automated warehouse, and they do not expect to fully utilize the capacity with their own volumes. They are therefore exploring a multi-tenant model, where additional companies would operate as tenants within the same facility.
- They’ve approached us to support an initial discovery phase, with focus on:
• SME input on 3PL / multi-client warehouse design
• Guidance on solution architecture and design considerations
• Recommendations on technology and process frameworks for tenant onboarding and billing
- The warehouse is planned on decentralized EWM. While EWM offers warehouse billing capabilities, we would need to evaluate how best to leverage it (potentially with TM or extensions) to support a scalable and flexible 3PL billing model.
