Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP PPDS Solution Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS). The ideal consultant should have strong implementation experience, deep optimizer and scheduling knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management capabilities.

The consultant should be capable of independently leading end-to-end PPDS implementations, driving solution architecture discussions, and working closely with business stakeholders from onsite.

Required Skills:
• 12–15 years of SAP Supply Chain Planning experience
• Strong expertise in SAP PPDS / ePPDS
• Minimum 2–3 end-to-end PPDS implementation experience
• Strong expertise in Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling
• Strong experience with PPDS Heuristics and Optimizer configuration
• Strong scheduling and capacity planning expertise
• Experience with deployment planning and supply optimization
• Strong experience with Production Planning, MRP, and Manufacturing processes
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
• Ability to independently lead workshops, solution design, and blueprinting sessions
• Strong experience in configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support
• Ability to lead onsite delivery and coordinate cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with third-party optimization tools such as Gurobi
• SAP BTP exposure
• SAP IBP Supply / Response integration experience
• Manufacturing or High-Tech industry experience

Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end SAP PPDS implementation activities
• Drive blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops
• Configure PPDS Heuristics, Optimizer, Scheduling, and Planning processes
• Design scalable supply planning and production scheduling solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Lead testing, deployment, cutover, and stabilization activities
• Provide governance, mentoring, and solution leadership across project teams
• Support continuous optimization and planning transformation initiatives
