Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex enterprise initiatives involving ERP modernization, data warehousing, and large-scale system integrations. This role focuses on end-to-end delivery of technical programs across Oracle-based enterprise platforms, including data conversion, reporting, and cloud integration efforts.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience in managing cross-functional technical teams, driving delivery in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments, and executing large-scale Oracle ERP transformation programs.

This role requires hands-on expertise with enterprise integration platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle SOA, and Oracle Service Bus, along with deep ERP program delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage enterprise projects involving:
  • Data conversion initiatives
  • Reporting solutions
  • Data warehouse re-platforming
  • Middleware and system integrations
• Oversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring deployment readiness and production stability
• Manage technical workstreams, development teams, and cross-functional coordination
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and produce technical/design documentation
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution using structured governance
• Lead testing, debugging, and deployment activities across environments
• Provide consistent status reporting to leadership and key stakeholders
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and system integrators to resolve technical challenges
• Ensure alignment of delivered solutions with current and future business needs

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of Project Management experience in technical or ERP environments
• Strong experience managing:
  • Technical delivery teams
  • Project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Project schedules using MS Project
• Experience working in both Agile/SCRUM and Waterfall SDLC environments
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira
• Strong experience with enterprise ERP platforms including:
  • Oracle ERP
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
  • Oracle E-Business Suite
• Strong integration and middleware expertise:
  • Oracle Integration Cloud
  • Oracle SOA
  • Oracle Service Bus
  • Other cloud and hybrid integration tools
• Experience with:
  • RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions)
  • BI Publisher reports
  • Fusion reports
  • ICS integrations
  • Workflow customization
  • Form personalization
• Strong understanding of:
  • SOAP/REST web services
  • WSDL
  • SaaS integration frameworks
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field
• Experience with third-party system integrations
• Cloud ERP implementation experience
• 5+ years experience with PeopleSoft HCM and PeopleSoft FSCM integrations/development
• 5+ years leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs
