Position Overview

Looking for a Senior/Lead Data Analyst with strong SQL, data analysis, and SDLC experience, preferably from the P&C Insurance domain. Candidate should have leadership ability, strong communication skills, and experience working with business and development teams

Key Skills:

*  Strong SQL, data analysis, data mapping, and database experience (DB2/SQL Server).

*  Good knowledge of SDLC, requirement analysis, project planning, and testing processes.

* Experience writing SQL queries and supporting testing activities like unit, integration, and user testing.

*  Strong communication, analytical, leadership, and multitasking skills with ability to work independently.

*  Experience working with business/IT teams, compliance reporting, cloud technologies, MS Office, and P&C Insurance domain

*  Knowledge of structured analysis and use case development

*  Attention to detail and quality-focused approach

Responsibilities:

* Understand business requirements and prepare functional documents and project estimates.

*  Work with business, development, and testing teams during all project phases.

*  Create data mapping documents, test cases, and perform system testing activities.

*  Support compliance reporting, audits, and system enhancement projects with high accuracy.

*  Lead team activities, track project changes, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

*  Develop use cases and support performance testing activities

*  Support audits and market conduct exams as needed

Preferred / Additional Skills:

*  Experience in P&C Insurance and compliance reporting projects.

*  Knowledge of Cloud technologies, DB2, SQL Server, and enterprise systems.

*  Team lead or mentoring experience is preferred.

*  Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.

*  Good communication skills and ability to work independently in fast-paced projects.
