Position: SAP IBP OBP Lead / Solution Architect
Location: Bay Area / San Francisco, CA (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Start Date: Immediate

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP professional with deep expertise in Order-Based Planning (OBP) and strong experience in designing and implementing end-to-end IBP solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong functional background in supply chain planning along with hands-on configuration and integration experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end SAP IBP implementations with focus on OBP and Deployment
• Translate business requirements into functional design and configuration
• Design and configure IBP planning models (planning areas, key figures, operators)
• Manage integration between IBP and S/4HANA using CPI-DS / RTI / SDI
• Drive testing cycles (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT) and support go-live activities
• Troubleshoot planning, performance, and data consistency issues
• Lead client workshops, demos, and stakeholder discussions
• Provide technical and functional guidance to project teams

Required Skills:
• 8–10+ years of SAP Supply Chain Planning experience
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on SAP IBP OBP experience (Mandatory)
• Strong expertise in IBP OBP and Deployment
• Hands-on experience in IBP configuration (planning areas, key figures, operators)
• Experience with CPI-DS, RTI, or SDI integrations
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes
• Experience in client-facing consulting roles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:
• SAP IBP Certification
• Experience with ePPDS, aATP, and SAP Ariba integration
• Exposure to semiconductor or manufacturing industry
• Experience with end-to-end IBP implementation lifecycle
