Job Description:
We are Hiring Scrum Masters (Digital Banking) for our best Financial Services Client in Toronto!
Positions: Scrum Master - Digital Banking
Type: 6 month contract + extensions
Hybrid : 1-2 days a week on site downtown Toronto
Required Skills & Experience
- Extensive digital experience in the banking or financial industry, with a solid understanding of the business domain, customer needs, and regulatory requirements
- Background in software development, either as a business systems analyst, developer, or quality assurance engineer, with a strong understanding of the SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence to manage projects, track progress, document requirements, and communicate effectively
- experience with Microsoft power platforms, Eazy BI, Power BI and Excel
- Experience in working with both waterfall and agile methodologies
- strong passion for continuous improvement with great experience using dashboards to create their own metrics outside of the standard agile ones
