A Day in the Life - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Windows endpoint (device) management - Provide guidance and production support in a complex, globally distributed environment - Serve as an escalation point for all aspects of device lifecycle management (Enrollment, Configuration, Protection, Retirement) - Policy creation, task sequence development, troubleshooting - Configuration profiles, OS updates, application packaging, endpoint security - Automate and document processes - Improve end-user and business experience - Stay updated with latest technologies - Solve complex problems and collaborate with teams Collaboration & Responsibilities - Work with operational and support teams - Partner with engineers - Participate in projects - Provide updates to management - Communicate clearly and document solutions - Participate in meetings and knowledge sharing Tools & Technologies ServiceNow, SCCM, PowerShell, Jira, Confluence Qualifications - 3+ years Enterprise Mobility Management experience - Strong troubleshooting and SCCM experience - Ability to act as Level 3 escalation - Analyze trends and improve systems Technical Experience - ServiceNow, SCCM, PowerShell, Jira, Confluence - Knowledge of Entra ID, Office 365, Defender for Endpoint Core Skills - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience in large-scale environments - Proven delivery in cross-functional project
