We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Functional Consultant to implement, customize, and optimize NetSuite ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, configure the system, and ensure successful delivery aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
Translate business needs into NetSuite functional solutions
Configure NetSuite modules (Finance, CRM, Inventory, Order Management, etc.)
Lead end-to-end implementation, including design, testing, and deployment
Provide functional support and troubleshoot system issues
Conduct user training and prepare documentation (SOPs, user guides)
Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrations
Optimize business processes using NetSuite best practices
Support data migration and validation activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in NetSuite ERP (Functional side)
Good understanding of Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain processes
Experience in NetSuite implementation projects
Ability to configure workflows, forms, and reports
Knowledge of SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and basic SuiteScript (preferred)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, or related field
3–7+ years of experience in ERP consulting (NetSuite preferred)
NetSuite certification (preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in multi-subsidiary or global implementations
Exposure to integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
Knowledge of data migration tools and processes
