We are seeking an experienced SAP RAR Consultant to implement and support SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) solutions. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with IFRS 15 / ASC 606 standards and optimizing revenue recognition processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements related to revenue recognition
Design and configure SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting & Reporting) solutions
Implement revenue recognition rules aligned with IFRS 15 / ASC 606
Integrate SAP RAR with SAP SD, FI, and S/4HANA modules
Manage end-to-end implementation, including design, testing, and deployment
Support data migration, contract management, and revenue postings
Perform UAT support, issue resolution, and system optimization
Collaborate with finance and IT teams for process improvements
Prepare functional documentation and provide user training

Strong hands-on experience with SAP RAR (RAR 1.2 / S/4HANA RAR)
Deep understanding of Revenue Recognition principles (IFRS 15 / ASC 606)
Experience integrating SAP SD, FI, and CO modules
Knowledge of contract-based revenue recognition models
Experience in configuration, testing, and deployment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent stakeholder communication and consulting skills

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field
4–8+ years of SAP consulting experience with RAR specialization
SAP certification in RAR or S/4HANA Finance (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in S/4HANA implementations
Exposure to industries like Telecom, Software, or Subscription-based businesses
Knowledge of data migration tools and reporting (SAP Fiori, CDS Views)
Experience working in global or multi-entity environments
