Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements related to Travel & Expense (T&E) processes
Configure and implement SAP Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice modules
Customize workflows, approval processes, expense types, and policies
Integrate SAP Concur with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Manage data migration, testing (UAT), and deployment activities
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues
Conduct end-user training and create documentation (SOPs, guides)
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with SAP Concur (Expense, Travel, Invoice)
Good understanding of finance, accounting, and expense management processes
Experience in end-to-end implementation projects
Knowledge of policy configuration, workflows, and audit rules
Familiarity with integrations (APIs, middleware)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent stakeholder communication skills

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, or related field
3–7+ years of experience in SAP Concur or similar expense management tools
SAP Concur certification (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with global or multi-country implementations
Knowledge of GST/VAT compliance and expense regulations
Exposure to tools like SAP ERP, S/4HANA, or Oracle Financials
Experience in automation and process optimization
