Role Summary - Drives the Phase 0 discovery workstream and ongoing program delivery, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to produce all discovery deliverables within a four-week window and establishing the Agile delivery framework for subsequent phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all Phase 0 discovery deliverables concurrently across architecture, AI, planning, reporting, master data and governance tracks.
- Produce the full program Agile backlog organised by workstream, release and sprint, with every epic tied to a measurable KPI and stage gate.
- Establish documented KPI baselines (OTIF, inventory sync accuracy, forecast accuracy, exception SLA, planner touch time, close cycle time) from Oracle data.
- Manage serialised workstream dependencies and the program blackout period; track risks, assumptions, issues and decisions throughout.
- Own the stage gate process: compile deliverables against acceptance criteria and issue go/no-go recommendations to the Steering Committee.
- Implement AI-enabled project management practices for sprint forecasting, risk prediction, status reporting and continuous KPI tracking.
