Location: Houston, Texas (Onsite)
Experience: 13+ Years
Project Type: Greenfield / Brownfield (Public Sector Preferred)
Job Description:
- Must have strong hands-on expertise in SAP HCM modules including Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Payroll, and Benefits
- Experience working on end-to-end SAP HCM implementations, including Greenfield or Brownfield projects
- Strong exposure to Public Sector projects is highly preferred
- Expertise in Payroll configuration, processing, and compliance
- Ability to lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities
- Experience in data migration, payroll validation, and UAT support
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
