Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Functional Lead with strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes and proven experience in Brownfield (ECC to S/4HANA) implementations. The role involves leading end-to-end supply chain delivery, working closely with business stakeholders, and driving functional design, configuration, and testing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end PTP (Procurement, Logistics, Planning) delivery in S/4HANA Brownfield migration
• Drive business process workshops and design sessions
• Lead configuration, functional specifications, and system enhancements
• Collaborate with technical teams for RICEF objects
• Oversee testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and go-live readiness
• Support data migration, reporting, and analytics activities
• Manage stakeholders, issue resolution, and project communications

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP MM (Procure-to-Pay)
• Hands-on S/4HANA experience (Brownfield migration is mandatory)
• Integration experience with FI (AP), SD, EWM, and IBP
• Proven leadership experience in large-scale SAP implementations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Additional Notes:

• Candidates must be local to California or willing to relocate
• Experience in multi-country/global rollouts is highly preferred
