Role: SAP S/4HANA SCM (PTP) Consulting Lead
Location: California (Katella, CA – Hybrid, 3 days onsite/week)
Duration: 12 Months (possible extension)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP PTP (MM/PP) Functional Lead to support a large-scale ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield migration across North America and Latin America regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) delivery including planning, procurement, logistics, and integrations
• Drive Brownfield migration activities (ECC ? S/4HANA)
• Lead Business Process workshops and design sessions
• Oversee configuration, data migration, and process alignment with SAP best practices
• Manage RICEF functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams
• Drive testing, QA, and go-live readiness activities
• Support reporting, analytics, and issue resolution
• Provide leadership across multi-country rollout

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP experience with strong PTP (MM/PP) functional expertise
• Proven experience in S/4HANA Brownfield implementations (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes
• Experience integrating with SD, FI, SAP IBP, SAP EWM, and 3rd party systems
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Ability to manage large, complex SAP programs

• Local to California (or willing to relocate)
• Experience in global rollouts
• Strong exposure to data migration and reporting
