Position: SAP IBP Project Manager
Duration: 6+ Months (Immediate Start)
Location: Santa Clara, CA (100% Onsite – Local or Ready to Relocate)

Project Overview:
We are looking for a strong Project Manager to support an ongoing SAP Supply Chain implementation project, currently in the SIT phase with multiple SIT and UAT cycles planned due to parallel project tracks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end SAP supply chain project lifecycle (Requirement to Go-Live)
• Handle project scope, schedule, cost, and quality using PM best practices
• Coordinate across multiple vendors and parallel project streams
• Track dependencies and ensure timely delivery
• Manage stakeholder communication, reporting, and expectations
• Drive testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and deployment activities
• Utilize Jira for project tracking, reporting, and defect management

Required Skills:

• 5–7 years of Project Management / Program Coordination experience
• Strong experience in SAP Supply Chain projects
• Hands-on experience with SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning)
• Good understanding of Demand Planning (DP) and Supply Network Planning (SNP)
• Experience with Jira for project tracking
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP APO / OBP / S/4HANA
• PMP / Prince2 or equivalent certification
• Background in software development
