Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI/ML Software Developer / AI Agent Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI-driven agentic solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in autonomous workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and enterprise-grade AI implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and manage AI/ML software programs
• Build and deploy production-grade autonomous agents
• Develop AI-driven agentic workflows for automation and decision-making
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
• Collaborate with developers, UX designers, and business analysts
• Ensure AI governance, security, and cost optimization
• Implement AI guardrails, content filtering, and safety mechanisms

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 15+ years of IT experience with strong AI/ML background
• Proven experience in AI/ML engineering or advanced data science
• Hands-on experience with:
  • LangChain / LangGraph / CrewAI / AutoGPT
  • Context Engineering
  • Multi-agent systems & autonomous workflows
• Strong experience in:
  • RAG architectures & vector databases
  • Python and AI/ML libraries (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Azure AI)
  • LLM API integrations
• Knowledge of:
  • AI governance & model lifecycle management
  • Model Context Protocol (MCP)
  • Data privacy (PII/PHI handling)
• Experience in:
  • AI guardrails & content filtering
  • LLM cost optimization & token management
  • Enterprise AI scalability & deployment patterns

Nice to Have:

• Experience in healthcare domain
• Exposure to secure AI systems and compliance frameworks
