Role: Technical Project Manager/Telecom Work Location: Seattle WA Job Description: Role Overview We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong Telecom and Networking experience to lead complex, cross?functional initiatives within infrastructure and platform?centric environments. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between engineering, product, and business teams while ensuring successful delivery of telecom and network?driven projects. Technical & Telecom Expertise Strong understanding of telecom and networking fundamentals, including: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP Routing and switching concepts Subnets, VLANs Firewalls, security zones, and network segmentation APIs and service?to?service communication Experience working in telecom, network?focused, or infrastructure?centric environments. Ability to interpret network and system architecture diagrams and contribute effectively to technical and architecture discussions. Familiarity with cloud networking concepts across AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience supporting high?availability, low?latency, enterprise telecom platforms. Project & Delivery Management Experience 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Technical Product Owner, or similar role in a telecom or highly technical environment. Proven experience managing complex delivery backlogs for engineering and platform teams. Ability to define clear project scope, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics. Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination. Strong experience translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Ownership of end?to?end delivery, from planning through execution, risk management, and post?release review.
